"C-Styles has become an essential hip hop artist in the valley and in the Chicago Area. Being a mexican born Chicago Native, his influences range from Kool G Rap, Big Punisher to Nas, Lupe Fiasco and Royce da 5'9". He has opened up for major acts such as Flo-Rida, Bow Wow, Royce da 5'9", Shwayze etc. His street album "Languistic Graphics helped him get to the forefront of valley hip hop with his soulful single "Conscience Talking". Later on in his career, GoLightly became the critical producer in developing the sound that C-Styles is known for today. Producing such hits as Flirt and Freaky in da club, GoLightly brought out the commercial side of C-Styles and gave him an broader audience to work with. He now has released the album "M.O.O.D. MusiK which can be purchased on iTunes! A very soulful person with a lyrical sense for the pad, C-Styles hopes to continue his career further down the line to a bigger national audience
